Article Processing Charges and Submission Process of KKU Research Journal (Graduate Studies) are as follows:

1. Notification of the review result will be provided within 60-90 days.
2. Authors submit their articles through the online system on the journal's website and receive feedback from the editorial team.
3. Editorial team review the articles to ensure they meet the quality and content criteria of the journal.
4. Authors are required to pay a one-time Article Processing Charges of 2,000 Baht per article when the article has passed the editorial review.
5. The Article Processing Charges is non-refundable, regardless of whether the article is accepted for publication or rejected, or in any other circumstances.

Submission Guidelines for Authors

Authors should follow all specifications below when preparing the manuscripts to publish as Research Article, the guidelines are as follows:

1. The article submitted
Science and Technology : Manuscript Preparation and Formatting
The article submitted to KKU Research Journal (Graduate Studies) for publication must be a academic article, research article, short communications research articles, and review article in science and technology, health science, engineering and multidisciplinary in science and tecnology. The submitted article must not have been published in any other journal nor will it submitted to any journal for publication. Both Thai and English article are acceptable. 

2. The article must include the following components:
     2.1 Title must include both Thai and English.
     2.2 Author(s) designate the name and surname of the author(s), both Thai and English, without titles, qualifications, or posts but the advisor with Ph.D. can abbreviate as ‘Dr.’ The article must designate corresponding e-mail of the author(s).
     2.3 Abstract must include both Thai and English and shall not exceed 1 page (A4 paper) which contain all topics in 2.6.
     2.4 Keywords must include both Thai and English. The article must not exceed 3 words
     2.5 Author Affiliation, and advisor as a co-author, must include in Footnote using (*) before each affiliation. For student, the affiliation must name the enrolled/graduated program study. For advisor (as a co-author) must affiliate academic title, qualification (if any), and organization.
     2.6 The article context for research article should comprise of the following components respectively
          - Introduction (contains research problem, objective, and literature review)
          - Research methodology, research ethics(If any), and instruments
          - Research results
          - Conclusion and Discussion
          - Acknowledgement (if any)
          - References

3. Manuscript is to have a maximum length of 12 pages, printed in A4 paper. The page setting is to be 1.2 inch for the top and the left and 1 inch for the bottom and the right with on single side, set for single space, using 14 point of TH Sarabun New (the font can be download from https://www.f0nt.com/release/th-sarabun-new/) for both Thai article and English article. Submission must be via online application only.

4. Tables and illustrations must insert in article, or at the back of the article (after references) as appropriate. The tables and illustrations is to be clear and must be arranged in order of those appear in the main text. The name of the tables should be at the top of table. All descriptions of illustrations should be placed at the bottom.

Note: In case all article content are in English 2.1-2.5 must be in English only.

 

References

Reference format of KKU Research Journal must be Vancouver Style and written in English only. In case the reference is in Thai, the author must translate into English, then insert the word ‘Thai’ after each translated item. (see the example in Link URL)

• Number of references in text must be equal to those listed in References
• Insert all the authors. If exceed six authors, mention 6 authors then add the word et al,

1. In-Text Reference In the main text, insert number according to the order in which references are listed, beginning with 1 2 3… respectively, in square bracket [  ], to the end of the book. The number could be used again if cited again. The References lists at the end of book should be ordered similar to the main text, as example;

… This finding supported the idea of Gilbert [1] that…

… An Analysis of the Elements in Thai [2] ….

อัตราค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์บทความ (Article Processing Charges) รายละเอียดดังนี้

1. กำหนดแจ้งผลการพิจารณาภายใน 60-90 วัน
2. ผู้เขียนส่งบทความเข้าระบบออนไลน์ในเว็บไซด์ของวารสาร และได้รับการตอบกลับจากกองบรรณาธิการ
3. บทความผ่านการพิจารณากลั่นกรองโดยกองบรรณาธิการ ในรูปแบบการพิมพ์ ขอบเขตเนื้อหารวมถึงความเหมาะสมตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพของวารสาร
4. ผู้เขียนชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์บทความ ในอัตรา 2,000 บาท ต่อ 1 บทความ เพียงครั้งเดียว เมื่อบทความผ่านการพิจารณากลั่นกรองโดยกองบรรณาธิการแล้ว
5. ค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์บทความผู้เขียนไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ไม่ว่าบทความได้รับการตอบรับตีพิมพ์ (Accept) หรือบทความไม่ผ่านการพิจารณาคุณภาพ (Reject) หรือกรณีอื่นๆ

การเตรียมต้นฉบับ

จัดเตรียมบทความให้อยู่ในรูปของบทความวิจัย (Research Article) และผลงานวิชาการต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

1. คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้เขียน
สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
เรื่องที่จะส่งเพื่อขอลงพิมพ์ต้องเป็นผลงานวิจัยในลักษณะบทความวิจัย บทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัยสื่อสารอย่างสั้น และบทความปริทัศน์ ในสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และสหวิทยาการเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ และเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งไม่เคยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารใด วารสารหนึ่งมาก่อน และไม่อยู่ระหว่างเสนอขอลงตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่น เขียนเป็นภาษาไทย หรือภาษาอังกฤษก็ได้
 

2. บทความต้องมีส่วนประกอบ ดังนี้
     2.1 ชื่อเรื่อง (Title) ทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ
     2.2 ชื่อผู้เขียนทุกคน (Authors) (ระบุเฉพาะชื่อและนามสกุลโดยไม่ต้องมีคำนำหน้าชื่อ ยกเว้นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาเอก มี ดร./Dr. นำหน้าได้) ทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ และ Email ของ Corresponding author
     2.3 บทคัดย่อ (Abstract) ทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวรวมกันไม่เกิน 1 หน้ากระดาษ A4 (ครอบคลุมหัวข้อตามข้อ 2.6) 
     2.4 คำสำคัญ (Keywords) ทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ อย่างละไม่เกิน 3 คำ
     2.5 รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับผู้เขียน (Author Affiliation) และผู้เขียนร่วมทุกคน ระบุรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับผู้เขียนแต่ละคนไว้ในเชิงอรรถ (Footnote) โดยใช้สัญลักษณ์ * อ้างถึงตามลำดับในส่วนของเชิงอรรถ สำหรับนักศึกษาให้ระบุชื่อหลักสูตรและสาขาวิชาที่กำลังศึกษา/สำเร็จการศึกษา ส่วนอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา (ที่ร่วมเขียน) ให้ระบุตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ คุณวุฒิ (ถ้าต้องการระบุ) และสถานที่ทำงาน
     2.6 เนื้อเรื่องบทความ สำหรับบทความวิจัย ประกอบด้วยหัวข้อตามลำดับ คือ
          - บทนำ (Introduction) (ครอบคลุมความสำคัญของปัญหา วัตถุประสงค์ และวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
          - วัสดุ/จริยธรรมการวิจัย(ถ้ามี)/วิธีวิจัย (Materials/Research Ethics (If any)/Methods)
          - ผลการวิจัย (Results)
          - สรุป และอภิปรายผล (Conclusion and Discussion)
          - กิตติกรรมประกาศ (ถ้ามี) (Acknowledgement) (If any)
          - เอกสารอ้างอิง (References)

3. บทความต้นฉบับความยาวไม่เกิน บทความต้นฉบับความยาวไม่เกิน 12 หน้ากระดาษ ขนาด A4 การตั้งค่าหน้ากระดาษ บนและซ้าย กำหนด 1.2 นิ้ว ล่างและขวา กำหนด 1 นิ้ว พิมพ์หน้าเดียว เว้นระยะ 1 บรรทัด จัดพิมพ์แบบ 1 คอลัมน์ ทั้งบทความที่เขียนเป็นภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ใช้ชนิดตัวพิมพ์แบบ TH Sarabun New  ขนาด 14 พอยต์ (สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ตามนี้  https://www.f0nt.com/release/th-sarabun-new/ )  สมัครผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของวารสารเท่านั้น

4. ตารางและภาพประกอบ (Tables and Illustrations) ให้แทรกในบทความความหรือแยกไว้ที่ตอนท้ายของบทความ (หลังเอกสารอ้างอิง) ตามความเหมาะสม โดยตารางและภาพประกอบ ต้องมีความคมชัด จัดเรียงตามลำดับหรือหมายเลขที่อ้างถึงในบทความ โดยวิธีเขียนควรระบุชื่อตารางไว้เหนือตารางแต่ละตาราง และระบุชื่อหรือคำอธิบายภาพแต่ละภาพไว้ใต้ภาพนั้น ๆ
 

* หมายเหตุ: กรณีบทความที่เขียนเนื้อหาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด (รายละเอียดตามข้อ 2.1-2.5 ให้เขียนเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น)

 

การอ้างอิงเอกสาร (References)

เอกสารอ้างอิง ให้ใช้ระบบ Vancouver Style และต้องเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น ในกรณีที่เป็นภาษาไทย ให้แปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและต่อท้ายด้วย Thai (ดูตัวอย่างใน web site ของวารสาร Link URL)

• จำนวนการอ้างอิงในเนื้อเรื่องบทความต้องเท่ากับในส่วนของเอกสารอ้างอิงท้ายบทความ
• ให้ใส่ชื่อผู้เขียนทุกคนถ้ามากกว่า 6 คน ให้ใส่ชื่อ 6 คนแรกตามด้วย และคณะ หรือ et al.

1. การอ้างอิงในเนื้อเรื่อง ใส่หมายเลขเรียงตามลำดับเลขที่มีการอ้างถึงในบทความ และหมายเลขที่อ้างถึงในบทความนั้น จะต้องตรงกับหมายเลขที่มีการกำกับไว้ในส่วนเอกสารอ้างอิงด้วย โดยเรียงลำดับจากหมายเลข 1 ไปจนถึงเลขที่สุดท้าย ให้เขียนหมายเลขอยู่ในวงเล็บ [  ] ต่อท้ายข้อความที่นำมาอ้างอิงในบทความ ดังตัวอย่าง

          ...การสื่อสาร และการทำงานบริการ สอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยของชัยณรงค์ [1] ...

          ...พฤติกรรมทางเพศของวัยรุ่น [2]...
